Help connecting to your DVR if your IP address has changed. Check to make sure your DVR is connected to your network. From any computer attached to the same network as your DVR, try the following. 1. Make sure you have internet. 2. Open Internet Explorer, in the address bar type www.whatismyip.com and hit enter 3. Open your DVR software connection page and enter the new IP address. If this solves your problem then it was a simple IP address change that happens to DYNAMIC IP addresses all the time. If you have a STATIC IP connection from your internet provider such as Shaw or Telus, and you have confirmed that the DVR is connected to the network, please contact your internet proivder before contacting TSS.
